When the Hecho en Dumbo team began operating as a pop-up in Brooklyn, the focus was not only on crafting authentic Mexican cuisine and libations, but also on imbuing New Yorkers with a sense of Mexico City culture and nightlife.
Spawned to advance the team's cultural mission, Salón Hecho is a dedicated cocktail lounge and event space adjacent to the restaurant at 356 Bowery. The venue plays host to an amazing array of DJs and live performers representing the bevy of Distrito Federal’s brazenly hip subcultures, and an extensive cocktail list showcasing fine agave-based spirits and sustainable house-made ingredients.

Damian Quiñones and Analog Experimental
An acoustic power trio consisting of guitar, puerto rican cuatro, upright bass, and percussion. The repertoire covers Salsa duro and boogaloo and throws in hints of cumbia, bossa, old school Reggae, Soulful Jazz and R&B (All acoustic!). These ingredients create a left of center earthy stew made especially for analog music lovers every where.
